Our goal is to provide stylists with a salon culture of inclusivity and fun while making a good living and working a schedule that allows you to have your life back.
Who we are
In our salon space we value each other, customer service, communication, and education.
Each team member goes out of their way to help one another whether it's to help blow dry, clean-up, watch and learn from another stylist or even ask questions on formulating color. Together we feel we can make our salon a great place to work and a place where our guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Each Monday we hold an education class to improve our skills and connect as a team. Once a month stylists individually meet with Allyson for a one on one meeting where together we discuss and set personal and professional goals. Our main goal is to provide a space where our team can connect, grow, and thrive in their career the way they envision.
Every quarter our team goes outside of the salon for a team activity. It gives each of us a chance to get to know one another better and create fun memories together.
